Moved here from the great plains in 1980, really not a desert person so my yard is pretty green. Roses are my favorite followed by most anything else that will grow. I purchased my current house five years ago and have been working on the yard for the entire time.

I think Gardening in Arizona is a great forum. It's truly amazing how many people have so much knowledge. It also appears that most of the members have good sense of humor, always a plus especially in an election year.
