As a kid I remember my great grandmothers garden. At twelve I started working in my neighbors stable and one of the chores way hauling the manure to the compost pile. After inquireing why they kept such a pile. I ran home and started my first garden which thrived (had no idea what I was doing) for 5 years. After retiring from the AIr force I immediately gravitated back to the garden. Eight years later I am finally getting a clue.
