A retired zookeeper with a tiny horse farm in Aquasco, I try to build a couple thousand square foot of new gardens each year. I'm also restoring the hundred year old farmhouse - very slowly. The farm is roughly equal parts pasture, woods, and gardens. Our "downtown" consists of one general store with a post office desk in a corner and a kerosene pump out front. And that's the whole "town." It's only a couple hours south-east of WashingtoN DC, but it's a whole 'nother world!

This summer I hope to create a website for my garden. One section will be "Guest Gardens." If you have plants in YOUR garden grown from seed (or cuttings, etc.) from MINE (or vice versa, where yours is a "source-garden" for some of my plants), I'd love to feature a picture, with proper credit and a link to your garden's website (if it has one.) My hope is that other people, seeing how materials from one garden can go out and enrich other gardens all across the country, will be inspired to garden, save seeds, and trade.
