Hi Rosy Friends,
I have been a member here for about 3 years. I love it here, and have learned so much...so many new friendship!!
Have been growning roses 11 years, and this year due to a knee problem, I couldn't care for them. Next season will be better.
I have shovel pruned quite a few roses, as I have little tolerance for Black spot and am not enthusiastic about spraying. Most that survived the big shovel have quite good resistance to disease.
Here's what I have left

Been married almost 44 years...have a wonderful husband...5 grown children (2 sons, 3 daughters) 9 grandchildren (4 boys, 5 girls), and we have two dog, one of which we inherited, Skylar a Lab/husky cross. Good, patient and loving dog!!:) I'm an artist of sorts...have sculpted original dolls, but don't anymore, because my hands don't do the fine work well anymore. I do love to draw, and I write poetry.
I garden on the coast of New Hampshire, a beautiful state, but we DO get winter, long and cold, but not as bad as some other areas.
Happy Rosing!
