Retired- enjoy gardening. Have a very small yard. If I want to plant anything new, must remove a plant to make room
for it. As a necessity,I do a lot of container gardening.
Really enjoy the Art of Bonsai.At one time I had over 125
Bonsai Trees. Now able to manage approximately 50 Bonsai trees, both deciduous and evergreen.Bonsai requires a lot of patience but it's a very rewarding hobby.
When my creative juices are flowing, I like to dabble in making garden items out of hypertufa; making garden flower Containers out of old lamps; making Various Sun Catchers out of mirror tiles,prisms, crystals and other reflective surfaces. I also enjoy Woodworking and garden junking.
My wife pat, is also very creative and talented......she colorizes black and white pictures, creates her own rubber stamps of our family, paints southwest themes on various types of gourds and gourd birdhouses, paints various themes on old window screens and not the least is the mother of our
nine(9) children.
