I live up state NY about 50 or 60 miles from the city. I have about 8 different flower beds in both shade and sun and also a large veggie garden I grow every year. I am very fond of figs trees. I have a unknown fig that my dad gave me in the ground for about 12 years . I also have a brown turkey fig in a container. I have alot of critters living here with me too. 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 quarter horse, 2 iguannas, 2 turtles, and 5 birds.(love those animals!) I guess it is hard to say which I enjoy more. Planting in my never ending changing gardens, or riding my horse. Both are great therapy. :o)
