We have just moved into a nice, spacious condo but with no personal dirt. I have a nice cement slab to call my own, that will probably get some late-day sun. Time to start haunting the container gardening forum I suppose. I will use my sis-in-law's for my veggies, grow flowers in pots on my slab, and attempt roses at my parents' in '07 (unbeknownst to them, hehe). I tried my hand at dahlias this year and was very pleased. After the passing of my infant son, I went looking for a rose to plant in his memory. Now I am afraid I may be getting hooked on roses too! That is OK, my young daughters love pretty flowers. Cheers!
