My husband and I have been gardeners most of our lives, but eight years ago we built a new home on the side of a mountain in N.Ga. We have a three acre "rockpile", with many hardwood trees. Not content to have just a rock garden, we have built terraces for flowering shrubs, perennials(my latest love is daylilies), and his vegetables which he built a raised bed for. It has been challenging, but very rewarding.
