Organic gardening in NH, USA. I'm using a Stout-like method of mulching - with leaves&grass compost instead of hay or straw, no-till, and the square-foot method. It works, generally, although it's a little low in nutrients apparently. Little weeding, little watering, no back-breaking work at all. I do have to feed and drive off bugs!
