My husband and I are in antiques and art, and I breed dogs. We recently moved to almost 3 acres in a small town above Allentown, Pa., just below the Blue Mountains and near the Lehigh River. Interesting terrain, with abandoned slate quarries around every bend (with free slate for the picking!). I come from a family of landscapers, and I'm looking forward to starting what happily promises to be an endless process of building fences and walls and patios, and planting trees, shrubs, and perennials (in an attempt to undo the previous owner's work !)......
