I am into gardening with a tropical flair, going for the jungle look. We will be doing a lot of hardscape this year with an emphasis on finishing fencing, adding paths and patios, and maybe a tree house. I have built several raised beds last year and am anxious to see what survived the severe cold snap. I enjoy using bamboos,banana,ginger, vines (passion flower, clematis, honey suckle, orange trumpet vines, and more)filing in with hibiscus,lavender,butterfly bushes,poppies,hostas,ferns,dracanas,pampras grasses, and lots of annual and perennial to fill in. Then there are the bulbs!
Hopefully, we can add new water features this year to attempt koi again, if the raccoons let us.
