Newlywed in King George Co, my husband and I just bought our first house. It's on a little over half an acre and is a completely blank canvas. Fortunately, my Momma, PaddleHikeVA is a wintersower and talented gardener, so she is helping me fill my lawn with interesting plant life.

We have a dog, Rose, who is an avid composter, and 3 cats (1 also named after a plant) who help with birds, insects and the occassional rabbit.
