I live in the upstate of SC, not far from the Great Smoky Mountains and about 3-4 hours from the Atlantic Coastline. Such a great place to live! I'm married and we have a beautiful 18y/o daughter, a cat named Orson, a lab named Blackie, and our new family additions, 2 Border Collie pups named Ava and Champ (who, btw, love to play with my plants I have on the porch). We live on a 1 acre lot that has been in my family for generations. When my wife & I decided we were tired of living in town, my Dad gave us this land and we built us a nice little house. We've been here 11 years now and still don't have the yard the way we want it, but its getting there. I love to vegetable garden, but due to health problems, I am unable to anymore, so I just grow patio veggies in containers now. I think GardenWeb is the best site on the internet and really appreciate it and all the great friends I've made here. HAPPY GARDENING!!!!
