I moved into my first house December 2001. It was built in 1965 and has lots of existing flower beds, but most of the trees are very young. I am excited to see what will come up this spring. Tulips, daffodils and irises are already peeking through.
I have a calico cat, a lizard and many African cichlid fish.

I got my MS in Entomology from Iowa State University and welcome insect questions.
I am currently employed at Pioneer Hi-Bred in Johnston, IA where I rear insects.
