I am a 48 yr old mother of 5.I love to go "tromping" in the woods in the spring. My sister and I are sort of self-taught naturalists. This means that we like to see if we can remember the names of all the wildflowers as they pop up. I am happiest at the end of winter and early spring- I feel as though I am about to take a great trip or something equally exciting. I have spent lots of money ordering all those beautiful flowers from the garden catelogs, but many of them have failed because I didnt know better. My husband thinks Im nuts! At this time of my life I feel I have tried a good number of plants and have a small bit of knowledge, but I also have lots of questions.
