I live in a 100 yr. old farmhouse and like a cottage style, old fashioned garden. I have a friendship garden where most of the plants were given from friend's gardens. I treasure those plants. Unfortunately, many of my plants were lost when the city sewer lines through my yard/garden and planted grass seed where my flowers had been. I am officially an "empty nester" now but I enjoy playing in the dirt with my grandies. After several years of ignoring my garden due to "life happenings" I'm trying to make things pretty around here again!
