My blood is green everywhere except MY house. Very difficult growing conditions. Everything, water, shade/sun, nutrients/soil: too much and too little the whole property is a juxtaposition. Like, but not fanatical about organic gardening. Love vegetables(especially tomatos), pots and shade(I have too). I also especially like using my microclimates to grow things that really aren't supposed to do well in this zone. I have a 1 year old human and rambuncsious 3 year old lab/? . My husband's idea of gardening is "Needs mulch..." "Can't we just blacktop it?" Needless to say we differ in our opinions often. Maternal side of my family are excellent gardeners.
