We're renovating EVERYTHING... and enjoying it most of the time. DH is a professional remodeler, so we bought a large old fixxer-upper. This year is the kitchen and converting our old master suite into two smaller bedrooms and baths. Next year will be the addition of a new entry, garage and master suite above.
