I am a true novice in terms of gardening. My husband and I bought our first house last year which has very high ceilings and lots of windows, although not extensive sunlight as we have a very wooded property.

I currently have many jades in different stages of development as well as a few tropicals and ficus trees. My primary ambition is to collect four species of bamboo that I've wanted for that last few months and grow them inside. It is a challenge to find a supplier with reasonable prices and also to find a container large enough to allow 15+ feet growth.

I'm very excited to be able to join the forums on this site as many of the current members are so knowledgable in each of the categories.
