I am a native plant enthusiast! I am creating a very large woodland garden with paths, etc. The springtime woodland scene is what I imagine heaven to be. There is nothing more beautiful to me. I've recently moved into a suburban neighborhood, and am quickly turning my yard into a woodland. Have made large beds, with mayapples, ferns, trilliums, bellworts, hepaticas, galore. Love to learn about native plants, and paint them as well. Favorite flower is Trillium recurvatum, with sessile and luteum close seconds! My garden is only 1 year old so far, baby plants, I'm looking forward to watching it mature.
