In addition to gardening, I love sand, sun and surf, the southern California weather, cooking and watercolor painting. My backyard has been "under construction" for a while. The end result I'd like to see eventually is a tropical paradise with palm trees, plumerias, tropical plants and fruit trees, whatever can live here is south Orange County. One problem is my plumerias seemed to have overrun the place and there is not much space left for other plants that I had planned to grow! In addition to Plumerias I also have a decent collection of Epiphyllums.
