I am interested in most of the outdoors. I got seriously ill over a year ago with metal poisoning when I was working in education, special ed. I have spent a lot of time on our 5 acres in the Coloma/Lotus valley near the American river/Hwy.49 in northern California where we live. The birds and the deer have become my solace. It is truly beautiful here with 100 year old oaks and a barn the same age. I am blessed everyday with a view of a pond and the foothills.
