I live in Burnaby, B.C., Canada. We have a garden allotment as we live in a townhouse and have no garden. I can or preserve almost everything our garden produces that we don't eat or give away. This includes tomatoes, potatoes, beans, peas, peppers, leeks, garlic, herbs, etc.
After I (my husband does most of it) finish with the garden my favourite pastime is cross-stitching.
