Ive lived and gardened in 7 states, including ND, WI, MN, KY, GA and MD. A job transfer brought us to FL in 1984, then other jobs took us away for a while. We jumped at the chance to return in 1998. I first started working in the new garden the weekend of the summer solstice that year, hence my GWeb name. A very patient husband (not a gardener), a sweet Sheltie, and 3 cats make up the household. Florida can be a challenge but I love it here and found wonderful support for my gardening habit in the Florida Forum community and lots of quilt enablers at the Quilting Forum!
