I am the mother of five children, three boys and two girls. Three are left under the roof. I have been a seed trader for 8 plus years now and have had many established gardens from trade. In 2006, we bought a 5 acre lot just outside of town and built a house. I started all new gardens and find trades make it so much more personal. I have a small patchwork herb garden and I plan to add three more in the future. (culinary, fragrant, drying, and medicinal) We have a lot of clay soil so any advice on how to grow on that type of soil would be greatly appreciated,
