I loved to garden and only garden and plant both traditional and exotic plants, but now I am just trying to maitain my jungle since I started my own family! Now my kids love to help in the garden with watering and the digging. My husband yacks at me to keep up with all the careful weeding neccessary with my broad planting areas. I don't know how many things he has just weedeated or mowed down because it all looks like weeds to him so I do most of the yard work now and love it! I would rather be doing that than housework any day of the week:) I want my garden(s) to be a sight that brings a sigh of relief and comfort at the end of a long journey, a place to escape into...what I call home!
