Hi, im getting ready to plant bunch of green giants.For a privacy fence.I have two yong childern,we live in the country.But we have a highway that runs in front of our yard.And it whould be nice to have a privacy fence for the family.I have done a little gardening. But am still new at this.I love spring and summer because I can get out and garden with the kids!I hope to teach them as I learn.For the first time this year im going to plant some apple trees and cherry trees,along with a garden with elderberries and thornless blackberries,watermellons,grapes butternut squash stawberries, asparagus.I want to juice the fruit.Does anyone have advice on keeping animals and other pest away so you can eat your friut?My husband thinks its a waist of time because the birds and animals will eat most of the fruit and leave us with hardly anything.My husbands a welder.He can make just about anything!!Hed roll his eyes if was reading this!LOL.But iv seen the things hes done and its amazing!Hes made a boom that hooks up to his pickup truck.And has picked up a car with it!We have a huge shop in our back yard that he built.Hes built a large carport made of iron.I chould go on and on. My husband is my favorite subject!Hes looking for a gearbox with a one n half inch shaft so he can make us a tiller.If anyone has one for sale or knows of someone that does please email me.He needs to find one soon.So we can till up our ground for our trees in march.
