I find gardening very soothing. I love to go out there and just have some peace and quiet after my 3 young kids go to bed. I also love to watch things grow and be amazed at how something that comes from a tiny seed can grow into such a huge plant and produce beautiful fruits, vegetables, and flowers. :) I do organic vegetable gardening and perennial gardens. I just started blueberry, raspberry, pear, plum, peach, and apple trees this year.
