I grow both vegetables and flowers. I enjoy starting my flowers from seeds that I have saved from prior years. I enjoy garden architecture also. My favorite thing to do for stress is to sit on my back porch after work and gaze at my garden and watch the butterflies and hummingbirds at work.:)
