Fly fishing addict going through a major remodel of a well-built never-been-touched (remodeled) cool 1959 3,000 sf home, with views of Puget Sound. Knotty pine wainscot throughout the upper floor (daylight basement rancher style home). In fact, it still has (pristine condition) metal cabinets in the kitchen, with a copper 36" Stanthony hood and 38" (not a typo) Estate electric range. I need help figuring out how to modernize this neat house while retaining much of its original charm!
