I live in Charleston SC, with my wife Jill, and my two young sons, Christopher and Charlie. I grow lots of vegetables and fruit. I have collections of citrus, dwarf conifers, cannas, and perennials. I have apples, plums, apricots, blueberries, oranges, tangerines, tangelos, lemons, limes, grapefruit, and pomelo.
I have spent the past three years amending my very sandy soil with organic matter. I am quite the sight cruising the neighborhood getting people's bags of leaves. Horse poop is another big item on my \"gotta have\" list.
