First of all, my *real name* is Teresa and I just turned the big 4-0 this past February. My DH and I have been married almost 20 years. We have 3 beautiful daughters and 2 adorable grandsons. I have spent my entire adult life as a Paramedic until approximately 2 years ago when I became seriously ill and was diagnosed with a very rare neurovascular disease.
