Hi all.
I'm from South Africa. The KwaZulu-Natall Midlands to be exact. We are situated in the mistbelt about 100 km from the coast. We get frost, therefore we are limited in when we can plant. Our planting season starts in mid August (under protection), the seedlings are then transplanted in mid September to October.
I dabble a bit in the breeding of vegetables, mainly tomatoes and peppers.
I hold a degree in Plantbreeding / Genetics.
English is not my first language. I am Afrikaans speaking, furthermore I speak English, Xhosa and Zulu.
