I'm a retired grandmother of 2 and love to garden, quilt, read and work on the computer.
I built my own arbour out of branches which I grow my gourds from during the season, then hang the finished gourds on it. I'm currently working on purple martin birdhouses to string up as well.
We have very long and cold winters here and my weathered gourds love it.
Sometimes (rarely) we have long hot summers.
