I love my kids, the outdoors, and unusual plants and critters, in about that order.

My \"garden\" is a bunch of dunes by the beach - oak, bay, red cedar, yuccas, sea oats, dune grass, and wildflowers of many kinds. I've added AZ Cypress, black and native pines, rosemary, roses, and many more flowers. My goal is to maintain a \"natural\" feel, but with more diversity and color, while working within our odd little micro climate and minimizing the use of irrigation and chemicals.

Most of my plants are dug / rescued from construction sites and such, or grown from seeds. Wildlife value and 'kid friendly' are also important.
