Started gardening at age 14. My wife Dara and have two small children. I transformed an overgrown powerline right-of-way that borders my yard into a vegetable/small fruit/butterfly garden. We are under constant attack by white-tailed deer, colorado potato beetle and japanese beetle, but have avoided chemical controls to date.
