My husband and I are building a new home in South /west Florida, on Pine Island, we will be planting a lot of new plants for our landscape. We have a lot of Pine trees and plan to have a lot of natural flowering plants along with others that like our climate. Our building lot is 100 by 300 backing on a small pond. We plan to have a small beach area by the pond. We have been living in this area for 5 years and know somethings about gardening here, but could use some help.. Thank you, Sandra
