On small corner plot. Total area about 100 feet x 40 feet (including property).
Interest in foliage plants / Ornamental Grasses, Bamboos, Ferns. Also alpines / bulbs / shrubs / fruit (although very poor at growing the latter).
Wife (from Tropical Philippines) + 2 Teenage Children (and don't I know it!).

Love: Bonfires / Compost-making / sunshine (not enough of it here) / 'messing about' in the garden.
Hate: Wooden Decking / Spotted plants: flowers or foliage / kniphofias / plants with horizontal banding on the leaves.
