I live in southeast Florida and am a writer of
horticultural tomes. My interest is tropical looking
plants, whether they be actually tropical or not.
Both my books, THE TROPICAL LOOK and AN ENCYCLOPEDIA OF
CULTIVATED PALMS have won the AHS (American Horticultural
Society) book award.
