When my husband & I bought our house , 6 yrs ago, there were no plants any where on our one acre property. We have practiced the art of purchasing things at garden centers half dead at the end of their season to plant and make our yard look lovely. Not instant , but getting there..always interrested in trading plants...We have many tall grasses, lillies,always looking for low growing hardy geraniums,dinner plate hibiscus in light pink,maroon,and white colors, daffodils,hosta,some varrigated.
