I am new to this forum (or any for that matter), but I have been appreciating the information that I have found for a long time! I have a affliction for the odd/unusual or rare plants that are usually costly but I have to garden on a beer budget, since I am still a student (working on my MS). But, I work at a nursery that specializes in Rhodies (also their family members) and many of the odd and unusual.... so the discount helps, assuming I dont spend my check. One of my favorite perennials is Meconopsis betonicifolia or any of the "blue group" of them!. My garden is in awful shape since I work two jobs and go to school. I have plenty of plants, but no the time to weed and put them in. Theyre getting in slowly though. Lots of funny stories, but theyll come later.
