I am a civil engineering student, mother to an energetic tomato and cucumber-devouring child, and groundskeeper on 11 semi-wild acres in Nebraska. Gardening is an obsession, and I have gardened in this climate and in the northeast. My first degree was in computer science, so I am very geeky as well. My three biggest current projects are pursuing an engineering degree, remodeling the house, and gardening.
