This is my third year as a member of the gardenweb and I am enjoying it enormously. I have met many wonderful sharing members and received lots of new plants and information.I live on 6 acres on a small lake in Oklahoma. I have been gardening about 10 years in my spare time and am finally beginning to think my place looks like a gardener lives here. I still have a long way to go though. I have two grown sons in college and a sweet little grandbaby. I love Iris. They give us the most beautiful flowers and show such resilliance. I also have a fondness for roses, peonies, and lilies of any kind. Actually, I love just about anything in bloom. I have a white garden on the east side of my house (still in developement), a yellow and blue garden on the other side, a woodland garden and am now planning a pink garden in honor of my granddaughter. I pretty much eat sleep and breath gardening and enjoy talking and writing to fellow gardners.
