I bought my very first home a couple of years ago with a neglected yard, and have been using the opportunity to be creative and adventurous. So far I have been just acquiring what others are giving away with a few rare purchases thrown in. I am looking forward to trying to winter sow some perennials this year, and getting my veggies started early for a good harvest.
