I have 4 children, and just recently got into Gardening. I love to use only edible flowers in my garden so I need not worry about my kids eating them. I also would love to learn how to use them in the kitchen. I would love to take classes about using flowers and herbs in cooking and medicinally. All but one of my children were home births, being the first one in a free standing birthing center. I have both sun and shade gardens, and need to fill them with other things but weeds, which I have plenty of.
