First-time home owners! We're attempting to restore the interior of a post 1906 Edwardian flat that had been gutted after a fire. We've been "almost done" for about half a year now, someday we'll do the kitchen and bathroom.

Update Jan 2, 2004: we have now been "almost done" for a whole year. Please check out what we've done. Fast forward 7 years later - after taking an epic break from remodeling, we are finally ready to tackle the kitchen and bathroom. A lot of things have changed, but our tastes are still the same.
