i have become obsessed with water gardens. my house plans are being designed around three ponds. i've really become hooked on tropical lilies and especially the victoria waterlily. until my house and ponds get built, i'm having to grow my victorias in the city park pond.
i can be found in central illinois, wondering the creek (pronounced "crick") bottoms, looking for native plants and harvesting silt. the creek silt is the best fertilizer on the planet.
i hope to soon get access to a digital camera so i can post pictures of my beauties on the site. and i'm alway up for a trade.
