Just moved to a new home in Bristol, CT this past March. Its on 1 acre, steeply sloped from front to back with about 1 acre of it lawn and the rest natural woods. I have a great view of the east and can see well over 40 miles away. I've planted loads of things already since I moved in. Plantings range from perennial beds to 15' white pines to specimen trees to ornamental grasses.
I started reading GW for info on garden tractors but have since become a regular on quite a few other forums as the need arised. Ornamental Grasses, Perennials, New England Gardening are some of my new favorites but Im still partial to the Tractors forum.
Thanks to everyone on the forums, I've learned a LOT!!!
