Just retired and plan on doing lots of gardening this coming spring and summer. I want to clean up some perennial gardens I have now that have overgrown, learn what I can plant in semi-shade and sandy soil, how to improve this soil and plant ponds, plants and garden paths !! This winter, I am in the process of updating our kitchen with new appliances and counter tops, floors, etc and have much to learn. I also plan to do lots of traveling in our motorhome. There is never an end to the list of everything I want to do now that I will have some time to do it.

I have enjoyed reading the forums on Garden Web.....I know all your advice and suggestions will come in handy. Thanks
