In April of 2000, I married my wonderful husband and a few months later we purchased our first home. It is a small house on a small square of land, but we couldn't be happier!! I have recently discovered the increadible joy of starting a garden! I had no idea how fullfilling it is to plant something and watch it grow! My husband can hardly get me to come inside because I spend all my time looking at my flowers and plants. I know so very little about gardening, but hope to learn and become a life-long gardener. I have very few plants, (Plants are so expensive!) but with every one I plant I love gardening more. I have found so much joy in reading everyone's posts and looking at the increadible pictures of plants and gardents posted here. After reading and looking at pictures, I hope to produce a cottage garden out of my small back yard. Thanks all you garden folk for sharing your wisdom, experience, failures and successes with me!!!
